The women allege that, although they love their now two-year-old daughter and wouldn’t change anything about her, the sperm bank should be required to pay for them to move to a more racially diverse neighborhood and send their child to counseling.
They claim the facility currently has no quality controls in place to prevent it from sending future consumers the wrong sperm.
