High Court Throws Out Limits on Aggregate Political Contributions
The U.S. Supreme Court’s recent decision in McCutcheon v. FEC leaves in tact restrictions on how much a donor can give to any one political candidate or party committee, but throws out restrictions on the number of candidates or committees to which a single contributor can make donations.
