Hotel Guest Arrested for Loitering Sues for Racial Discrimination

Jermaine Massey, a guest at an Oregon Double Tree hotel who was arrested for loitering in the lobby, is suing the hotel for $10 million. So reports The Washington Post.

Massey filed the lawsuit against the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel Portland, an on-duty security manager and a guard for racial discrimination. Massey was using his cellphone at 11 p.m. speaking "quietly" to his mother, according to the article.
