Astros Fan Sues After Mascot Brakes Her Finger with Flying Shirt

Jennifer Harughty brought a lawsuit against the Houston Astros after she claimed a T-shirt gun broke her finger. So reports Newsweek.

Harughty is asking for $1 million. Orbit, the team’s mascot, was handling the launcher. The lawsuit alleges Astros’ staff “were not properly trained to use the gun and failed to adopt adequate care when firing T-shirts into the crowd.”
