NYC Lawyer Pleading Guilty in Admissions Fiasco

Gordon Caplan, a top New York City lawyer arrested in a widespread college admissions scandal, is pleading guilty for allegedly paying $75,000 to inflate his daughter’s ACT score. So reports The New York Post.

As a result of the news, Caplan lost his role as partner at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP.” Caplan was caught on a wiretap making plans with William “Rick” Singer to doctor the exam.
