Farting at Work Isn’t Bullying: Australian Court

An appeals court in Australia decided “repeated flatulence targeted at another individual” is not a form of assault or bullying. So reports Fox News.

David Hingst, an engineer, asked for $1.3 million in damages after claiming his former supervisor would aim farts at him. The court found, outside of whether or not the allegations were true, the act does not constitute bullying. Hingst is planning another appeal.
