The recordings, according to attorney Jack Goldberger, are the “fruits of an unlawful” search warrant. The motion states law enforcement did not exhaust other minimally invasive tactics, did not do any undercover work and failed to interview employees or former employees before setting up cameras. More than a dozen other men were also charged.
