'Spotlight' Lawyer Brings $300M Suit Against Buffalo Diocese

Mitchell Garabedian, a well-known Boston attorney whose work was explored in the award-winning film “Spotlight,” is suing the Buffalo Diocese for $300 million. So reports an WKBW Buffalo.

Garabedian filed the lawsuit on behalf of Gail Holler-Kennedy who claims she was abused by Fr. Mark S. Andrzejczuk, a teacher at Cardinal O'Hara High School, for four years in the late 70’s and early 80’s. The lawsuit names the Cardinal O'Hara High School and Conventual Franciscan religious order.
