AT&T, Time Warner Merger Approved As Gov’t Fails to 'Meet Its Burden'

AT&T's acquisition of Time Warner cleared the U.S. Court of Appeals in Washington. So reports ABC News.

The $81 billion transaction was challenged by the Trump administration after he claimed it would reduce competition and harm consumers. The decision to uphold the lower court ruling was unanimous and no further appeals are planned.
