Family of Woman Killed By Self-Driving Uber Suing City for $10M

The daughter and husband of Elaine Herzberg are seeking $10 million after the women was struck and killed by self-driving Uber in Arizona. So reports NBC News.

The family made the claim against the City of Tempe. Herzberg's survivors claim the city "created a dangerous situation" by laying a brick pathway where people should not be crossing.
