W. Va. House Votes 97-2 to Allow Drunk Driving on Your Own Property

A West Virginia law could make it legal to drive intoxicated on your own property. So reports WVVA.

Legislation was passed in the West Virginia House of Delegates in the wake of a 2012 case where a man was arrested for DUI while driving an ATV on his property. The law, which is being sent to the state Senate, will not protect against civil liability in cases of injury or death.
