Law School Applicant Makes 'Birther' Argument Against Obama-appointed Judge

Edward Thomas Kennedy filed a federal lawsuit against Duke Law School, among others, after he claimed the LSAT requirement to get into law school is based on "junk science." So reports Above the Law.

Now, he has asked the judge in the case to recuse himself because he was appointed by President Barack Obama. Kennedy's initial claim was dismissed by the judge in question, Richard Andrews, prompting Kennedy to make a "birther" argument with respect to the validity of Andrew's appointment.
