Okla. Lawyer Charged for Making False Threats on Herself

Julia Ezell, the top lawyer for the Oklahoma State Department of Health, was charged for allegedly threatening herself with emails. So reports CBS.

Ezell stands accused of two felonies and a misdemeanor for allegedly lying to investigators about sending the emails. The emails were designed to appear as if they were from displeased supporters of medical marijuana.

If convicted on all counts, Ezell, who has since resigned, could face up to seven years in prison.
