Zervos, a former contestant on the show "The Apprentice," accused Trump of defamation. Zervos is one of more than a dozen women who claim Trump made unwanted sexual advances.
After Trump called her claim a "hoax," Zervos filed the defamation suit. Fact discovery is set to be completed by April 12. Lawyers for Trump are in the process of appealing a ruling that allowed the case against to move forward despite the fact he is a sitting president.
