Bland is also suing the parent company of the AutoNation Acura dealership in League City, Texas, where the reported offenses took place. Bland said Pratt bragged about having the company's director of human resources “wrapped around his finger,” the article reads, allowing him to operate without ramification. Bland also claims he was put on a stricter sales quota after Pratt was fired.
