Ebay Sale of Iron Man Comic Sparks Lawsuit

A lawyer from New York claims he was ripped off by an eBay scammer, who he says stole a first-appearance Iron Man comic worth $7,680. So reports The New York Daily News.  

James Cracolici sold the comic, Tales of Suspense #39, to Canadian buyer Craig Saunders, who Cracolici claims tricked PayPal into giving him a refund on the transaction. The U.S. Postal Service confirmed the comic book was delivered.

Saunders, PayPal and eBay are all named as defendants. Cracolici is seeking at least $23,000 in damages.
