D.C. Lawyer Offers to Help Gov't Workers Who Signed Trump’s NDA

Mark Zaid, co-founder of the nonprofit firm Whistleblower Aid, offered pro bono representation to white house staffers who signed nondisclosure agreements at President Donald Trump’s prompting. So reports Newsweek.

Zaid specializes in free speech and national security law. He said he would challenge the agreements on First Amendment grounds as “former employees can only be prevented from disclosing classified info.”

Reportedly, Trump asked senior staffers to sign NDAs that extend past the president’s tenure and the staffers employment.
