Broadcaster Warner Wolf Takes Imus to Court Over Age Discrimination

Radio broadcaster Warner Wolf is taking Don Imus and others to New York State Supreme Court after claiming he was fired from Imus’ morning radio show due to age discrimination. So reports The New York Post.

Wolf is claiming he suffered “severe mental anguish,” in addition to humiliation and emotional damage. Wolf claims he is owed $97,500 in severance pay, the story reads. Imus is planning to retire in March.
