Moussaoui is suing President Donald Trump after also claiming federal authorities are conspiring to cover up the nature of the "true" 9/11 conspirators. A French citizen of Moroccan descent, he is the only person convicted in the U.S. with respect to the Sept. 11 terrorist attack. He is serving his life sentence in Florence, Colorado.
