Penn. Congressional District Map Ruled Deemed Unfair

Pennsylvania’s congressional district map was deemed in violation of the state's Constitution due to its perceived favor for a particular political party. So reports The New York Times.

The State Supreme Court ordered a new map be used for the 2018 primary and general elections after the current 18-district map was ruled illegal. A number of other court decisions have also found political maps to be unfair. The Republican-dominated Legislature plans to take the issue to federal court.
