A new report by The New York Times details an incident during the Sundance Film Festival. The report states the film mogul settled to avoid litigation and the deal was “not to be construed as admission” that he harassed McGowan.
The Times also reported a number of other allegations levied again Weinstein, including one from actress Ashley Judd.
