Taylor Swift Nets ‘Single’ Dollar After Jury Finds Ex-Radio Host Groped Her

Taylor Swift was awarded $1 as a result of a lawsuit between her and former radio host David Mueller. The amount is symbolic of "the single value of which is immeasurable to all women in this situation.” So reports Entertainment Weekly.

Mueller was said to have "assaulted and battered" Swift after groping her backside at a June, 2013 event at the Pepsi Center in Denver. The jury also ruled Swift's mother and a member of her management team did not intentionally interfere with Mueller’s contract, as he claimed the accusation against him negatively impacted his career.

Mueller still has pending legal action against Swift's mother, Andrea, and Swift's sexual assault case against Mueller is ongoing.
