The 12-year-old New Jersey girl was said to have been bullied on social media and in school, including a suggestion she kill herself. Grossman's parents said the Rockaway Township school district failed to protect their daughter from the cyberbullying and ignored "continuous pleas" for help.
They are also considering a suit against the parents of some of the bullies.
