The Southern Poverty Law Center, an Alabama-based group that tracks hate groups, said Tanya Gersh, of Whitefish, filed the suit after “her life was changed” due to abuse directed at her and her family.
Gersh, who was forced to stop working due to the alleged harassment, was said to have had an altercation with the mother of a “white supremacist figure,” motivating Anglin to target her. She said she has received hundreds of harassing calls, including deaths threats, at all hours of the day. Anglin had not responded to the lawsuit as of publication of the Newsweek article.
