Notebaert reportedly had a .135 blood-alcohol level and “significant” THC in his blood. He was charged with DUI manslaughter, DUI property damage and vehicular manslaughter, but pleaded guilty to vehicular homicide and drunken driving.
The couple was out at a concert celebrating Valentine’s Day and were said to be drinking whisky prior to the accident. Both were reportedly naked from the waist down.
