Zuckerberg to Testify in Alleged Stolen ‘Oculus’ VR Tech Case

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg will testify in a $2 billion lawsuit that features accusations Oculus, owned by Facebook, stole technology from ZeniMax Media. So reports Newsweek.

ZeniMax alleges Facebook stole "early VR innovations" from them and used them to develop the Oculus Rift headset. ZeniMax claims Oculus CTO John Carmack copied "thousands of documents" from a Zenimax computer and stored them on a USB device, as well as taking a custom VR tool from ZeniMax property after he was fired.

Zuckerberg will head to Texas to testify.
