A judge in Oregon ruled 21 plaintiff's aged nine- to 20-years-old can sue the federal government over climate change negligence. So reports News 10, an ABC affiliate.

Our Children’s Trust helped the youngsters file the suit. Representatives said the plaintiffs allege the government violated constitutional guarantees of "life, liberty, and property and their rights to vital public trust resources" with a fossil-fuel driven national energy plan.
