Kathleen McLaughlin, the ex-wife of Subway spokesman Jared Fogle, is suing the sandwich chain after alleging employees of the company knew about Fogle's "sexual interest and activity" with children and did almost nothing to stop him. So reports NBC News.
McLaughlin filed the suit in Indiana and said the company had known of Fogle’s dalliances for years, yet responded only by sending public relations employees to question the pitchman twice, and failed to alert police after a third complaint. She is seeking an undisclosed amount of financial damages.
