Man Sues Domino’s for Undelivered Pizza, Wins $1,200

Lawyer Tim Driscoll successfully sued Domino's pizza for $1,200 after waiting 18 months for his $40 order. So reports the Daily Mail.

After repeatedly being denied a refund, the man took the matter to the courts, winning his legal fees and the cost of the order. Initially, he sought $9,000. Domino's representatives failed to attend court and said they will seek to overturn the judgement.
