Persky launched the site, Retain Judge Persky, in response to public pressure and a petition to have him recalled. He raised $3,600, while a competing effort has raised more than $100,000. Turner, a former Stanford swimmer, was sentenced to six months in jail, but was released after three.
Persky does not yet face an official recall election and recently won his seat uncontested.
