Tom Brady’s Suspension Upheld By Federal Court

New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady must serve a four-game suspension handed down by the NFL, according to a federal appeals court that overturned a lower court’s decision. So reports the Associated Press

The Patriots were said to have used underinflated footballs, against league rules, in the AFC championship game played in January 2015. “It is also likely to fuel a fresh round of debate over what role, if any, the quarterback and top NFL star played in using underinflated footballs,” the story reads. A three-judge panel of the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals overturned a ruling by Manhattan Judge Richard Berman.
