Civil Court Plaintiff Strikes Out with NYC Jury Again

A jury in Queens, New York, refused to award any money to a woman who filed suit against a laboratory chain claiming she suffered nerve damage as a result of a poorly performed blood test. So reports The New York Daily News.

The woman, Debrahlee Lorenzana, 38, was seeking a payout from Quest Diagnostics for the allegedly botched blood test. She made headlines around the world when she sued CitiBank in 2010 alleging that her supervisors required that she refrain from wearing high heels because she was "too distracting" as a result of her "tall stature, coupled with her curvaceous figure."
