A judge who has already been suspended without pay for an affair with a complaining witness in a child support case before him is now facing additional penalties. A judicial panel has advised in favor of his removal. So the Detroit Free Press reports.

 

The judge was infamous for having said "there's no shame in my game" to a Detroit TV reporter who confronted him about having once sent a shirtless picture of himself to a sheriff's office employee. The panel's recommendation must still be approved by the Michigan Supreme Court.
